 Step 2: Assessment
In the second interview we focus on an enjoyable future discovery quest where you are able to realize your future aspirations. We then focus on a comprehensive interest survey that I read to you that compares you to a possible 211 careers.
Result: Following the Second Session, using the new narrative report, feedback information regarding your personal work style, leadership aspirations, learning threshold and your ability to tolerate risks is immediately available.
